We had a very good meal. It was very hot inside, but the setting is traditional. It's a pleasant place to be. There was a good selection of dishes, even with the limited Sunday lunch menu.

So, a very pretty place except that, The parking lot isn't lit, and after dinner, you have to find your car by the light of your phone! A real shame for such a beautiful location. The service was good. The big problem is the food, which is bland. The dishes are sophisticated, but the combinations don't work. They lack flavor, and the names of some dishes don't match what's on your plate. The value for money isn't right. It's not worth the detour. Alain

Back at Bollenberg after more than six years, for a spontaneous midweek dinner. I've had many family lunches and life events there (wedding anniversary, engagement). The staff, service, and ambiance are still as pleasant as ever. Even though Bollenberg welcomes many seasonal workers, apprentices, and young professionals, the service hasn't suffered. However, over the years I've regretted the decline in the quality of the food. The dishes are good, well-balanced, and generous, but for the price, one expects more elaborate, sophisticated, and visually appealing dishes. I'm left wanting more (not hungry) because you can find equivalent cuisine in a more ordinary restaurant. Finally, without being an expert in the field, I think the service, and especially the white plates, are outdated and need updating, which isn't up to the standard of this restaurant and its setting. I'd be happy to return, but with caution...

The place is very pleasant and the setting is original. We only ate one dish, so we can't comment much on the overall quality. It was good, nothing special, and quite expensive for the portion size. The service was friendly... the young trainees were very hesitant. But there's a labor shortage in the industry. I'll go back to get a better idea.

The menu was magnificent; gourmet, hearty and refined. All in a lovely, subdued atmosphere.
