Back at Bollenberg after more than six years, for a spontaneous midweek dinner. I've had many family lunches and life events there (wedding anniversary, engagement). The staff, service, and ambiance are still as pleasant as ever. Even though Bollenberg welcomes many seasonal workers, apprentices, and young professionals, the service hasn't suffered. However, over the years I've regretted the decline in the quality of the food. The dishes are good, well-balanced, and generous, but for the price, one expects more elaborate, sophisticated, and visually appealing dishes. I'm left wanting more (not hungry) because you can find equivalent cuisine in a more ordinary restaurant. Finally, without being an expert in the field, I think the service, and especially the white plates, are outdated and need updating, which isn't up to the standard of this restaurant and its setting. I'd be happy to return, but with caution...

The place is very pleasant and the setting is original. We only ate one dish, so we can't comment much on the overall quality. It was good, nothing special, and quite expensive for the portion size. The service was friendly... the young trainees were very hesitant. But there's a labor shortage in the industry. I'll go back to get a better idea.

The menu was magnificent; gourmet, hearty and refined. All in a lovely, subdued atmosphere.

The setting is magnificent, and we had a truly excellent culinary experience. The ambiance takes you back in time 😀 childhood memories resurfaced. The cuisine is precise, the menu is generous, and I especially loved the dessert—it was excellent and the perfect ending to your evening 😄. You can go there without hesitation, even with an empty stomach, because you'll be very happy with your meal.

Always a pleasure to dine at the Auberge du Vieux Pressoir... excellent menu, a lovely shaded terrace, friendly staff, and Mr. Meyer keeping a watchful eye like a good butler 😊👍👑 Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. See you very soon, without a doubt.

Good food, beautiful presentation, wines and fruit juices (grapes, apples) from the estate. Beautiful house steeped in history.

The food and staff are excellent; a visit to this very nice restaurant is highly recommended.
