Auberge du Col sur Chuyer

We stumbled upon this inn and ate there. Since my boyfriend and I are vegetarian, the manager completely accommodated our request by offering us custom burgers with Fourme cheese – a real success! We'll definitely keep this address in mind and will happily return on our next trip 😋

We celebrated my dad's birthday and everything was perfect. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The food is delicious. A wonderful time, I highly recommend it. Thank you to the whole team! 🙂

At the crossroads between Sainte-Croix-en-Jarez and Pélussin 🌿, perched atop the Col de Pavezin 🚶‍♂️🌳, the inn has retained its original character, with a rustic and aged feel, but full of the charm of bygone years. The new owner needs time to breathe new life into the place—it can't all be done overnight. ⏳ The food is good, the service pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere warm and almost cozy in the small dining room 🍽️😊 We'll gladly return to see how the place develops! 💛

A set menu with multiple choices; there's something for everyone. We ate very well. Friendly staff. The dining room is a bit small.

Exotic decor, warm welcome, authentic cuisine, tasty and well-presented. The chestnut fondant is delicious... All this for a reasonable price. Let's hope for a beautiful terrace this summer 😉✌️

We need to revive the hostel, it's so nice to have a break for walkers.
