A very warm welcome and a great atmosphere. A place to recommend without hesitation.

What a wonderful time we shared today in this place where not only are you exceptionally welcoming and kind, but you also serve incredibly delicious desserts. Thank you again, especially considering the lovely Christmas weather outside.

Now that's hospitality. I arrived late, soaked to the bone, without a reservation. The last two hours of hiking had been through hailstorms and a headwind. The hosts were at the table, and the owner was singing the Hegoak. The inn was full, but here, there were only solutions, and with a smile. They set a place for me and found me a bed. The young people from the village also gathered there for a drink. I left the next day rested and refreshed. I'll remember this. Thank you.

For several years now, during our holidays, we've eaten once or twice at the Auberge du Couvige. We've never been disappointed. The value for money is excellent.

A very welcoming and pleasant inn! The rooms are clean and the staff extremely friendly! I would also highly recommend stopping by for a meal: the chef's cuisine is simply divine, using fresh, local ingredients. A must-try! PS: If you have any hair problems, the owner can also do impromptu haircuts.

On holiday in the Haute-Loire region. We booked at L'AUBERGE du COUVIGE on a whim, but we have no regrets! Warm and friendly welcome!!! Delicious and generous cuisine!!! Thank you to all the staff and the twin girls!!!!

We had dinner at the Auberge du Couvige, even though we didn't stay overnight, and it was fantastic; I highly recommend it. Manon prepared a special vegetarian dish for me, and since we were celebrating a birthday, it was perfect because they brought candles, digestifs, and everything else. We received a very warm welcome, and the atmosphere with the other hikers on the Stevenson Trail was really friendly. A must-see stop on the GR70!

The best place we stayed during our trip. Spacious and quiet rooms, a well-equipped bathroom. The food, made with local and homemade products, was delicious. We had a wonderful time with our attentive and friendly hosts who created a warm and cheerful atmosphere. We didn't want to leave... and we will definitely be back! A place to remember.
