An ancient restaurant with a special classic interior. The food was really nice and typical French class, like the old days. The service was kind and professional. We ordered 3 course lunch menu, a spoon and 2 amuses were included for 45 euro the person.

Push the door and you enter an inn, a hunting lodge, an atypical style.
Let's sit down at the table, (menu at €62) a presentation of the dishes by the owner is appreciable. Plates with different flavors and some interesting discoveries or not depending on everyone's tastes.
Association of biche, blueberry, tangy red cabbage, impeccable on the other hand, chocolate sauce on the wild boar kills the taste of the meat (can be put aside) then we have a disciple of Marc Veyrat. (The boss) Herbs as a salad with the cheese, I didn't like it, it's my choice. And dessert, the Aphrodite cake, is killer.
Finally, a small negative point: the heating in the hostel was, I think, 18 degrees.
I remain doubtful about this establishment because we were the only ones in the hostel on a Sunday lunchtime and a colleague came a few months ago, no one??

Very good cuisine. Typical setting. Very attentive boss.
Explanations on each dish.
Dishes out of the ordinary. Taste an appetizer made from nettle, mashed potatoes and bramble leaves, brilliant.
Smoked trout, snails (original), rooster, a delight.
No complaints.

Un restaurant style ancien qui privilégie les produits authentiques du terroir : Gibier en cette période de chasse; gâteaux fait maison… Bref un restaurant avec un vrai cuisinier à savoir qui sait sélectionner les produits et bien plus sait les cuisiner. Une astuce aussi pour nous faire patienter entre les repas: Le trou normand… De nos jours, il n’y a rien de plus difficile de faire face aux clients - Aussi que chacun reste humble et chacun en gardera un très bon sou venir …

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce trés bon restaurant Nous avons eu l'occasion d'y aller pour la st valentin et nous avons eu un trés bon repas personnel trés attentionné ,nous y retournerons (pour nous un des meilleurs restaurants gastronomiques que nous aillons fréquentés )aussi bien au niveau qualité que de l'accueil
