I recently had the pleasure of dining at L’Auberge du Daubenschlag, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, perfect for a convivial and enjoyable meal. The service is attentive without being intrusive, which makes the meal even more pleasant. The waitresses are attentive and incredibly kind! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to leave with a full stomach! 😋🤗

Excellent lamb chops, perfectly cooked and a good size. The rhubarb tart is the best I've had in a long time. Oh, and I almost forgot the very warm welcome.

A typically Alsatian place with a beautiful soul, generous and high-quality dishes, a real treat... top-notch service, fast, attentive, and! The new organic beer from Meteor... served with a perfect flammekueche.
