I had a very good evening and a very good night. The village is worth the detour and the inn too. I had a wonderful welcome and availability from the hosts, I was able to enjoy a hearty dinner and very worked on the products, sauces and wise advice. I recommend you take the time to stop in this peaceful and warm place.

We dined at L'auberge on the recommendation of Eric and Laurent from the Manoir de la Fabregues in Estaing, a very nice place too! Superb Auberge in Le Fel run by a young couple, Monsieur in the kitchen and Madame at the reception and service desk. Simple menu, starter-main course-dessert (2 choices) for €25, €35 on weekends! Superb traditional dishes using local products (for us, a starter based on Farcou, loin of pork in a melt-in-your-mouth sauce, and a cherry panna cotta...) A beautiful dining room in pastel tones, so relaxing, Madame's sparkling service... Not to mention a remarkable hilltop location for lunch...which deserves a visit accompanied by a good time at the restaurant. Thank you for this moment of simple happiness and all our best wishes to you both. And don't hesitate: a great vacation detour or a great place for locals! Review only for the restaurant: what a magnificent inn, warm welcome, an exceptional view, exemplary service with explanations highlighting the local products including the wine. Unbeatable value for money. They had a little something for my birthday. In short, an address to keep preciously for a new meal.
