Friendly welcome, a few empty and cold mussels, problem solved immediately by the waitress who brought a hot plate full of fresh mussels! The Pluma was excellent! The fries were fantastic! The only thing missing was seeing some famous actors! Go there...!

29/06/2026: Let's be honest, we were in the village hoping to meet some of the ITC cast and crew... Mission accomplished. And naturally, we went to eat at the nearest restaurant. And we have no regrets. First of all, the waitresses were very friendly and professional despite the intense heat. Their salads were generous, made with quality ingredients. The hamburgers were equally well-prepared. It's a really great place in a great location.
08/06/2026: A great spot in the heart of the small village of Saint Laurent d'Aigouze. Shady, with a lovely terrace, and a warm, friendly welcome. The daily menu is very good, with generous portions for an affordable price for a starter/main/dessert. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is quick, I highly recommend it.
