A restaurant in a nice and quiet area, with a pretty terrace overlooking Lake Jaunay. Quality food prepared well, small downside, the interior of the restaurant has nothing to do with the rest, it's not at all warm, it doesn't make you want it, too bad! But otherwise thank you all the same for this meal.

The dishes are good, but the budget is too high for simple pancakes and pancakes. Correct welcome but lack of friendliness. Nice place and fast service.

Very nice place with a view of the lake. The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly and efficient. The pancakes are good but the scallop one had a slightly soft leek texture. Very good mussels!! Pancakes also good. A superb setting!

Un cadre magnifique, un service au top. Et nous avons très bien mangé :) très bonnes galettes qui sortaient un peu de l’ordinaire.

This is a pleasant little auberge on the bank of the lake. We had a great dinner for two with wine for about 80 euro. Excellent food, good value, and 'le chef' is very welcoming. We are planning two more visits...

Endroit très accueillant même pour les chiens et très bonne adresse, je recommande, nous avons pris le menu du jour et c'était vraiment très bon, digne d'un grand restaurant et la vue sur le lac du jaunay est sublime. Je vous conseil de réserver car très prisé. Un petit ++++ pour le serveur extrêmement serviable

Le Chapelois

12/09/2024: A real gem of restaurant, perfect al fresco dining with a large terrace shaded by a giant plane tree and lit by garland lights. There is a play area for the children so parents can have some peace. The food is great, although it is a shame they do not have their amazing pizzas anymore. There is dining inside too for cooler/wetter days and a dedicated bar area if all you want are cocktails and tapas. We love this place and regularly come back as there is no where else quite like it.
11/09/2024: Not bad but can't understand the praise. Meat ok, squid grilled too much... Very small menu and ambience is reminiscent of a sports canteen.
