A hotel that has seen better days but whose potential only needs to be exploited by the buyer.
The aging establishment has just found a buyer who has started renovations. Still a lot of work needed to bring the hotel up to expected standard.
In the meantime, the manager is friendly and the bedding is perfectly adequate. Enough for a stopover on a long trip.
