We had a very pleasant time at Leu Pindu. The local dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff very welcoming.

A great place, a fantastic setting on the edge of the forest. The outdoor terrace is lovely and very pleasant. The staff and owner are very friendly. And dogs are welcome! Unlimited fries and you'll never leave hungry!

The setting was incredibly welcoming, the weather was lovely, we ate outside – a perfect little corner of the countryside for a romantic meal. Unfortunately, the rest didn't live up to expectations. The food was just okay, and the service... well, it was Sunday lunchtime, the restaurant wasn't full, but the wait was incredibly long! I asked for a carafe of water and a knife that actually cuts my meat (because those round-tipped, serrated knives are all well and good, but they're just pretty!), but they never arrived. We ordered starters and main courses, and it took us at least two hours. No dessert; I figured I'd still be there until 10 pm. The manager offered me a drink while I waited, but not my partner, which was nice. The thoughtfulness was there, thank you. Unfortunately, it continued after that. When I went to pay at home, I realized I'd paid more than I'd actually consumed! It's been two months (since my visit on July 4th) and I'm still waiting for my refund. I can't go back because we're not local. I did contact the manager, who asked for my bank details, but they seem to have vanished into thin air 🤷 What a shame, there were several great things about it, but these inconveniences make me want to tell you not to judge a book by its cover.

A very warm welcome, excellent homemade food, the best Welsh rarebit I've had in a long time! Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

A great find not far from home. We initially came for a drink, but were surprised by the large terrace and its atmosphere. So we stayed for dinner, and our initial impression was confirmed: professional yet relaxed service. Simple, delicious dishes, always with a little something extra. A real gem! I'll be back for a drink, or to enjoy a waffle with the family after a walk in the woods, or for a casual meal with my partner.
