We were very pleased with our meal; the dishes were delicious and had a touch of originality. Special mention goes to the stout flan, which was excellent. Expect to pay around €80 for dinner (two starters, main courses, desserts, and drinks) – very good value for money!

You immediately sense the sincerity and commitment on the plate: a genuine exploration of the local flavors of the Monts d’Arrée, elevated with creativity. The choice to work with products sourced within a 50 km radius gives remarkable depth and authenticity to each dish. The combinations are bold, sometimes surprising, but always perfectly executed. You can feel the thought behind every detail, every condiment, every texture. And a special mention for the crème brûlée with pig's blood, black garlic, and confit onion: a true delight! A creation as intriguing as it is balanced, where indulgence meets originality with perfect harmony. Joseph, with his warm and passionate welcome, takes the time to explain his bistronomic approach and his search for unusual pairings. His enthusiasm makes the experience even more memorable. Original and ethical cuisine… a wonderful discovery :))

Rustic yet modern, this gastro bistro is quirky and original in its dish composition. Any initial apprehension gives way to a delightful surprise of perfectly balanced flavors—a feast for the eyes and the palate. Absolutely delicious! The staff are incredibly kind and pleasant. I highly recommend it; it's truly unique and stands out from the crowd! Go there quickly! It's worth it!
