We were very pleased with our meal; the dishes were delicious and had a touch of originality. Special mention goes to the stout flan, which was excellent. Expect to pay around €80 for dinner (2 starters/main courses/desserts and drinks), very good value for money!

The choice to work with products sourced within a 50 km radius gives remarkable depth and authenticity to each dish. The combinations are bold, sometimes surprising, but always perfectly executed. You can feel the thought behind every detail, every condiment, every texture. And a special mention for the crème brûlée with pig's blood, black garlic, and confit onion: a true delight! A creation as intriguing as it is balanced, where indulgence meets originality with perfect harmony. Joseph, with his warm and passionate welcome, takes the time to explain his bistronomic approach and his search for unusual pairings. His enthusiasm makes the experience even more memorable.
