We ate very well and the portions were generous. Foie gras, duck, wild boar stew, perfect egg, dessert... Everything was delicious!

A wonderful discovery at Auberge du Moulin. The setting is magnificent, especially the terrace with its weeping willow, which creates a truly soothing atmosphere. We had a lovely time.
The cuisine is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. You can taste the care that goes into each dish.
It's a place you'll enjoy returning to, whether for the decor or the food. I highly recommend it.

Given the wind, we had lunch inside: it's a bit dark, but it's authentic! Excellent food and incredible welcome and service (the waitress loves her job and the people, it's rare!!)

We have just spent 4 days in this hotel-restaurant on a half-board basis. A group of 8 on mopeds to visit the Cathar castles. Great atmosphere and great meal. The owner and his wife did everything to make our stay pleasant) kindness and services (garage for our motorized vehicles). Address to recommend.

A lovely restaurant nestled at the end of the village of Duilhac/Peyrepertuse with a terrace under a centuries-old weeping willow. The location alone, a former oil mill, adjacent to the fountain known as "des amours" (Loves Fountain), is worth the detour. The welcome is excellent, as are the dishes offered on a short menu that showcases local products. A great time. The restaurant is located a few meters from the Moulin de Ribaute discovery trail.
