Auberge du Moulin sur Roubion

Excellent cuisine. A very good discovery for a small village. We will come back!

This medieval village a stone's throw from the coast is perfectly authentic, it is an eagle's nest perched in a completely calm and peaceful green setting, the inn-grocery store and its owners in the heart of this village offered us several times to taste excellent Provençal and Mediterranean recipes created on site sometimes before your eyes thanks to fresh local products of very good quality skilfully accompanied by very good wines from the surrounding area. It is becoming rare today to discover such quality, authenticity, simplicity and such natural flavors in a cuisine that often reminds us of that of our childhood. Even the excellent desserts and bread are made on site. We consider this address to be one of the best in the department.

Restaurant de village sans prise de tête, la cuisine est maison et cela se sent. Un simple tartare avec des frites est un vrai plaisir. Tout est simple, rapide, plain de saveurs.

The restaurant in Roubion for an authentic lunch. Everything was excellent and the couple of restaurateurs were charming and at our service. Very good and I recommend.

magnificent shaded terrace! Don’t hesitate to venture deep into this magnificent village of Roubion. Pass through the Tunnel to park easily then retrace your steps to enjoy the beautiful terrace of the Auberge du Moulin. Marie will welcome you with a smile.... and if there are a few people there (the place is famous for its cuisine!) take the opportunity to forget the worries of everyday life and relax... in the cool... calmly...... You will then enjoy the little dishes of Manu, an authentic Chef (like his dishes!) who will always put a lot of Love on your plates...... we always come back with pleasure..... so see you very soon.....

Arrived without reservation welcomed like a prince I ate the best tripe of my life I recommend without hesitation very soon

Restaurant with typical regional cuisine, including homemade bread. A big congratulations to these increasingly rare culinary artisans who work hard together! When I see some comments, I think that those who write them don't know what it's like to run an establishment and even less in such remote places. So yes there may be a wait or it may be full if you have not reserved on busy days, but don't forget that these establishments are vital for our villages! Well done again 👏🏼
