The restaurant in Roubion for an authentic lunch. Everything was excellent and the couple of restaurateurs were charming and at our service. Very good and I recommend.

Pass through the Tunnel to park easily then retrace your steps to enjoy the beautiful terrace of the Auberge du Moulin. Marie will welcome you with a smile.... and if there are a few people there (the place is famous for its cuisine!) take the opportunity to forget the worries of everyday life and relax... in the cool.... quiet ...... You will then enjoy the little dishes of Manu, an authentic Chef (like his dishes!) who will always put a lot of Love on your plates...... we always come back with pleasure..... so see you very soon.....

Restaurant with typical regional cuisine, including homemade bread. A big congratulations to these increasingly rare culinary artisans who work hard together! When I see some comments, I think that those who write them don't know what it's like to run an establishment and even less in such remote places. So yes there may be a wait or it may be full if you have not reserved on busy days, but don't forget that these establishments are vital for our villages! Well done again 👏🏼

Arrived without reservation welcomed like a prince I ate the best tripe of my life I recommend without hesitation very soon
