We stopped for lunch on our way to Spain. It was worth the 5 minutes detour. Friendly staff welcomed us and served a delicious entrecôte.

I highly recommend this beautiful inn, located in a very well-maintained old family home. Staying in the guest rooms, I can attest to the cleanliness of the place and the incredibly comfortable beds. The staff are all exceptionally kind and friendly. The location itself is beautiful and ideal if you're looking for coolness and tranquility, and of course, a meeting point for a variety of hikers. I wholeheartedly recommend the half-board option; the breakfasts are delicious and quite generous (perhaps offering savory options would make this morning meal absolutely perfect), and the evening meal is deliciously homemade with local products. Beer lovers should definitely try their craft beer. They also have a restaurant if you're interested. Thank you for this wonderful stay in the Ariège region; my mind found peace during my visit.
