A former farmhouse in the heart of Flanders. It felt like home. Our first time, but definitely not our last. A very generous meal, starting with a terrine and toasts. The first course was soup, followed by endive quiche (very good, even for those who aren't fans of endives, and very well prepared). The main course consisted of potatoes and pork sautéed with Maroilles cheese. Local cheeses were also available. For dessert, rhubarb tart. All this with impeccable service and the owners taking excellent care of their customers. Plus, they use local products. Good value for money. The atmosphere is very peaceful with soft music and the typical decor of Flemish houses. Reservations are recommended. I highly recommend it in the area. 😉 See you soon.

The cuisine reflects our host: authentic and generous. Homemade dishes served in hearty portions. A true discovery of Flanders in all its authenticity. A little extra: homemade mayonnaise to accompany your fries. A must-try and a must-share!
