Auberge du Parc Carola sur Ribeauville

I warmly recommend the Auberge du Parc. As international visitors to Ribeauville I researched the restaurants carefully before selecting 'the Park' for my wife's birthday dinner. From our arrival to drinks under the delightful trees to the delicious pudding all was hugely enjoyable. The foie gras starter was the best I've ever tasted, my lamb in herbs with fruit was tasty whilst my wife's bouillabaisse was generously rich with seafood. The ambience was welcoming with a sense of a loyal local following. Our taxi driver returning to the Spa Casino a couple of Kms away complimented us on identifying 'the best restaurant in ribeauville'. With local Rieslings and Pinot Noir by (several) glasses the price was good value for the quality of the fare. Recommended.

A fantastic composition. Seasonal flavors are used to perfection. Both the vegetarian and standard versions offer a sensational six-course menu.

I've driven past it countless times, finally went there for a meal. The food was excellent, as were the wines... It was definitely worth it, delicious food, top-notch service... we'll be back! Plus, they're dog-friendly.

I visited the restaurant with my dog ​​and chose the three-course menu. The courses were very well coordinated – the caramelized terrine with a touch of acidity from the Chatney, the risotto with sea bass and Corail de Saint-Jacques was divine, but I found the apple composition for dessert a bit too sweet (subjective opinion). I missed having the staff explain what Corail de Saint-Jacques is – it's not a variety but the reproductive organ. I love learning about the behind-the-scenes aspects, and it would certainly be a valuable addition. I'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the garden :)

We were there a long time ago, and we're going back tomorrow, February 7, 2026. I hope I can prove the bad reviews on some websites wrong! Our opinion now is based on the impression the restaurant left on us!

A beautifully decorated setting for Christmas. Refined, sophisticated, and delicious dishes. Excellent, efficient, and pleasant service. A three-course menu at €53 (it's a shame there weren't two dessert options!). A wide selection of local wines on the wine list. A reliable choice in Ribeauvillé.
