Auberge du Parc Carola sur Ribeauville

It's outstanding – we've been regulars for years and have never been disappointed. Every course is a delight, made with high-quality ingredients. Anyone who doesn't eat here is truly missing out.

We decided to go for the seven-course menu, and it was by far the most delicious meal we had during our entire trip. Every course was simple yet sophisticated, beautifully presented, and full of perfectly balanced flavors. The food felt rich and thoughtful without ever being overwhelming. The atmosphere was warm and homey, which made the whole experience even more special. The service was also just perfect, professional, attentive, and never too much or too little. And the wine selection was excellent. Overall, an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Easily the best meal of our trip. Highly recommended!

We had lunch at this establishment. All the dishes were well-cooked, well-seasoned, and well-accompanied. No complaints whatsoever. We recommend it!

A wonderful restaurant. The food was superb. The cod was perfectly pan-fried, and the porcini mushrooms as a starter were the perfect beginning. If we were living here, we would eat there at least once a week.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the service was impeccable, there was little waiting time, and the food was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent from amuse-bouche to dessert. Professional and very attentive service, perfect pairings. I highly recommend it! Thank you very much.
