Auberge du Parc Carola sur Ribeauville

This restaurant is undoubtedly a culinary highlight for every visitor to the region. The value for money is unbeatable. The staff's excellent German skills are also worth mentioning. We look forward to our next visit.

I warmly recommend the Auberge du Parc. As international visitors to Ribeauville I researched the restaurants carefully before selecting 'the Park' for my wife's birthday dinner. From our arrival to drinks under the delightful trees to the delicious pudding all was hugely enjoyable. The foie gras starter was the best I've ever tasted, my lamb in herbs with fruit was tasty whilst my wife's bouillabaisse was generously rich with seafood. The ambience was welcoming with a sense of a loyal local following. Our taxi driver returning to the Spa Casino a couple of Kms away complimented us on identifying 'the best restaurant in ribeauville'. With local Rieslings and Pinot Noir by (several) glasses the price was good value for the quality of the fare. Recommended.

A restaurant worth discovering, refined cuisine, very pretty setting and a very friendly owner.

I'm not a big foodie, but it was a real treat. The service and the setting were also very pleasant.

A fantastic composition. Seasonal flavors are used to perfection. Both the vegetarian and standard versions offer a sensational six-course menu.
