Les meilleurs restaurants en Ribeauville

18/07/2026: By far the best restaurant in the region among those I tried (mostly recommended by the Michelin guide) over a week-long vacation. I mean: in all restaurants I tried food was between good and excellent, always carefully prepared with top quality ingredients. Sometimes special. But this one was more than special. The chef is, IMHO, a genius: both my appetizer (amberjack carpaccio) and main course (sea bass with fennel) were based on a subtle play involving contrasts in flavors, textures, temperatures (cold, lukewarm, hot) - and also colors, everything was visually very appealing. Nothing excessive or overdone, everything harmonious and natural and just perfect. The chef (Anish Chourey) came out very kindly and I was honored to be able to thank him and congratulate him. I should add that the service was impeccable and perfectly timed. The wait between appetizer and mains was quite brief (and the appetizer was preceded by two amuse-bouche), the wines I had ordered appeared in the exact moment the corresponding dishes were served, the bread basket was instantly refilled. All this in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere...perhaps explaining why the restaurant does not have the Michelin stars that the quality of its food would surely deserve.

27/07/2026: This is one of the best places to enjoy a glass of wine or have some sharing dishes in Ribeauville. We really enjoyed the place and the vibe. Lots of locals having a great time really adds to the mood of the place. The menu is not large but it has what you need and everything is beautiful and tasteful. Every dish has a different spin to it like buratta served with honeydew melon instead of tomatoes and Tiramisú made with chocolate cookies and haselnuts. So delicious. The wine menu offers a small selection of local wines as well as natural wines and orange wines. You can have beer as well. We will be back for more.

03/07/2026: We had a lovely time. The cuisine is classic but expertly executed: cooking times, acidity, textures... Everything was delicious. The outdoor terrace under the trees is very pleasant, and parking is easy right in front of the restaurant. The only disappointment was the very small portion of foie gras on the set menu, which is a shame because the recipe was original and very tasty!

24/07/2026: We had an excellent evening at this restaurant. A special mention goes to the gentleman of Albanian origin who served us. He was incredibly kind. Thank you! The only slight drawback (hence the 4 stars for the food) was the wine in the vol-au-vent. It wasn't listed on the menu, but the flavor was quite strong. My wife found it a bit much, though. I was less bothered. Probably just a matter of taste. ☺️

24/07/2026: We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was superb – in short, don't change a thing, we won't forget you, that's Alsace for you!

26/07/2026: We had dinner at this place. It is on the center of town in a cosy square. Most of the guests seemed to be tourists. The menu focuses on local classics and typical brasserie and bistro classics. Good solid food without being a stunning meal. Good and fast service. Recommended for a quick dinner.

07/05/2026: We stopped at this restaurant, which has the typical charm of an Alsatian house. The decor matches the quality of the food. The best tarte flambée I've had in the three years I've been coming to the area, and the wines were excellent. The service is very pleasant, professional, and attentive to its customers. I highly recommend this restaurant for enjoying delicious food and good wines at an excellent price. Thank you to the chef and his team, we will be back! 👏👍👏

02/08/2026: We ate at Cammissar restaurant and it was an incredible experience. The dishes were magnificent, with a variety of flavors and textures. The service was top-notch! The waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

10/07/2026: A magnificent discovery in Ribeauvillé! We chose the Auguste menu with the wine pairing (3 glasses), an excellent choice. The pairings were remarkably well thought out, each wine perfectly complementing the dish it accompanied. Chef Thomas Eblin offers inventive, refined, and deeply sensitive cuisine. From the first course, the flavors are captivating and then gradually find their balance, immediately making you want to discover the rest of the menu. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed a truly exceptional experience, both in terms of taste and wine. The service, provided with elegance, professionalism, and great kindness by the hostess, is in perfect harmony with the cuisine. Her attentive, discreet, and warm presence greatly enhances the pleasure of the meal. Finally, we were charmed by the magnificent inner courtyard, shaded by superb mulberry trees. A haven of coolness and serenity that further elevates the experience. A huge congratulations to Thomas Eblin and his entire team for this gastronomic interlude. A place where the cuisine, wines, service, and ambiance all come together with rare harmony. We will return with great pleasure!

28/07/2026: Excellent cheese. Deserves to be better known.

19/04/2026: We visited the farm this morning and bought a pack of five yogurts from the vending machine, one of which was coffee-flavored and therefore inedible. The price paid doesn't reflect the quality. They had different expiration dates, which is suspicious! And to top it all off, there was no receipt, so we couldn't prove our purchase. So, this is my last purchase from this place.

04/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at the tasting. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the owner's explanations were fascinating. Some of the wines even pleasantly surprised us with their original and delicate flavors. The only slight suggestion for improvement was that we would have appreciated slightly more generous tasting portions. However, this didn't detract from the experience at all, which was truly delightful. Thank you again for this lovely time!

20/07/2026: Just as good as ever. The service is very friendly and professional. The food was delicious: vol-au-vent with spaetzle, and the daily dessert with cooked cherries and sorbet. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

28/05/2026: An absolutely perfect stay! ✨️ The overnight stay with dinner and breakfast was a first for us, the staff were incredibly attentive throughout, the amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling completely refreshed! The complimentary bottle of chilled water for our journey home was especially appreciated in this heat 🥰
