04/05/2026: I warmly recommend the Auberge du Parc. As international visitors to Ribeauville I researched the restaurants carefully before selecting 'the Park' for my wife's birthday dinner. From our arrival to drinks under the delightful trees to the delicious pudding all was hugely enjoyable. The foie gras starter was the best I've ever tasted, my lamb in herbs with fruit was tasty whilst my wife's bouillabaisse was generously rich with seafood. The ambience was welcoming with a sense of a loyal local following. Our taxi driver returning to the Spa Casino a couple of Kms away complimented us on identifying 'the best restaurant in ribeauville'. With local Rieslings and Pinot Noir by (several) glasses the price was good value for the quality of the fare. Recommended.

30/04/2026: The tables were far too cramped, practically touching. The asparagus special was poorly served—too thin and overcooked; it tasted like reheated canned asparagus. Very disappointed 😞

21/05/2026: A charming and very beautiful cafe overlooking the square; when you sit there you can watch the people passing by and the surroundings. Also, the crème brûlée was excellent.

07/04/2026: €45 per person for 3 people (€133.60 in March 2026). Good food, beautiful dining room with elaborate winstub-style decor, professional, warm, and attentive service from Matthieu. Comfortable chairs/benches. Large bar separating two rooms. Clean restrooms. Good dinner. The ambiance and service overshadow the food alone. 2 x Alsatian set menus (€42) (++) Casserole of 6 snails. Snails cooked properly in garlic butter. Good dish as expected. The waiter stated that the snails came from the Vosges Moselle region. +) Mixed salad with foie gras, raw vegetables, 1 slice of cured ham, 2 1/2 toasted slices, thin slice of foie gras. Quite good dish, nothing extraordinary. (++) Sauerkraut with 5 garnishes. Good dish. The acidity of the cabbage was well-balanced. The meats were undoubtedly steamed. That said, I prefer pork roasted until caramelized. (+++) Roasted ham hock with Munster cheese. It needed a little more Munster sauce. We had to ask for more. A very good dish, even if the meat lacked a bit of tenderness and caramelization. (-) Slices of Vacherin glacé (x2). No flavor whatsoever. Ice creams with very bland flavors. A very thin layer of meringue. Completely uninteresting. Seeing my disappointment, the waiter offered me a small slice of farmhouse Munster cheese, which was very good with some nice bread. À la carte: (+) Pan of gratinéed spaetzle with Munster sauce (€22). Served with a small salad. A fairly good dish, a little stingy with the sauce. (++) Blueberry tart (€7.50). A good tart, not too sweet. 2 glasses of Pinot Gris (2 x €5.50); ​​1 Coca-Cola Zero (€3.70); 1 tea (€2.90); 1 espresso (€2.50)

07/05/2026: We stopped at this restaurant, which has the typical charm of an Alsatian house. The decor matches the quality of the food. The best tarte flambée I've had in the three years I've been coming to the area, and the wines were excellent. The service is very pleasant, professional, and attentive to its customers. I highly recommend this restaurant for enjoying delicious food and good wines at an excellent price. Thank you to the chef and his team, we will be back! 👏👍👏

04/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at the tasting. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the owner's explanations were fascinating. Some of the wines even pleasantly surprised us with their original and delicate flavors. The only slight suggestion for improvement was that we would have appreciated slightly more generous tasting portions. However, this didn't detract from the experience at all, which was truly delightful. Thank you again for this lovely time!

19/04/2026: We stay at all the spa hotels in the East. This hotel offers the best value for money and level of luxury. Everything is perfect: the luxurious and quiet rooms, the superb breakfast, the clean and relaxing spa, the three varied restaurants, and the very pleasant casino. The very attentive and friendly staff managed to be both highly professional and relaxed (a welcome change from overly formal establishments). As soon as we step through the door of this hotel, we feel at peace.

11/05/2026: A very good restaurant in Ribeauvillé. Seasonal produce, well prepared; we thoroughly enjoyed the asparagus, and the other dishes were also very good. Not to mention the desserts and a nice wine list. Warm welcome and friendly service. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: A small restaurant with well-spaced tables. The menu is high-quality and reflects local tradition and seasonality. Among the dishes, I'd particularly like to mention the chicken with morels, mushrooms that are only available in season; I'd never tasted them before, and I must say I discovered a new and exceptional flavor. There's a wide selection of wines, all served chilled. If you want something at room temperature, you'll have to go down to the cellar and choose. To top it all off, the restaurant offers small tastings between courses.
