We came for lunch with my husband this Sunday, January 5. A very nice taste surprise, careful presentation, welcoming, discreet staff. Very pretty setting with a magnificent view of Lake Thésauque. Very justified value for money. Quality products. Highly recommended. Sabine Agut

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant a few days ago. From the managers of the establishment, to the waiters and waitresses, everyone took great care of us. If you add to that good and generous dishes, plus a lovely view of the lake, there are all the ingredients for a great time. I'm looking forward to seeing you again. Keep it up

Come as a couple for a birthday meal, a lovely moment of discovery with a varied and tasty menu, all traditional or revisited dishes. A professional and friendly service, with great care. In a magnificent setting, with a lovely view of the lake and the Pyrenees.

Week-end pour un mariage à l'Auberge du Pastel en partie recente et en partie en cours de rénovation mais chambre correcte pour ce qui était de la notre .Premier accueil client correct. Service à table professionnel, menus et plats excellents. Petit déjeuner classique mais très complet. Brunch de déjeuner en qualité et bien garni.Superbe cadre avec vue sur le lac de Nailloux et accessible pour y faire le tour. Tranquillité assurée. A découvrir si vous passez dans le lauragais. D'autres découvertes dans cette belle région se présentent à vous, mais ce fut un très bon week-end.

La chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis plusieurs jours vu la taille des moutons sous les meubles et les lits ainsi que les toiles d'araignées. Nous avons tué 3 araignées dont le corps faisait 1cm (j'ai pris une photo d'une des araignées) et plusieurs petites notre fille était terrifiée ! Lit en 140 avec oreillers ultra mous. Mon mari a apprécié les traversins. Hôtel qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. En revanche le dîner était excellent !

While passing through Nailloux, we had lunch in this Inn. The environment is very pleasant. The view from the restaurant room over the lake, very beautiful especially in the sun. The friendly and professional service is perfect. The menu is not abundant, which is a good sign and the dishes offered represent the region well. Fresh and well-crafted products. Generous dishes, duck breast in casserole and tatin-style apple....exceptional. Thank you to the whole team for this great time.

Meals taken as part of a collective trip. There were 40 people. Cassoulet served too dirty for my taste. Hot candied gizzards, excellent, pink, red, water. Puff pastry desert filled with applesauce, warm with custard and whipped nuts
