Auberge du pays sur Lagarde-Enval

First of all, we received an excellent welcome on the phone when making our reservation, and the same when we arrived. We had a very good lunch, the service was impeccable. My ribeye steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, my husband also enjoyed the mussels, and the Paris-Brest was absolutely divine, I loved it!! The choux pastry was superb, the light cream was delicious. 😋 We will definitely be back. Just one small drawback: there was little to no heating and it was a bit chilly. Then other people arrived, and we warmed up with them 😅 I highly recommend this establishment where everything is homemade. ✌️
