The location is breathtaking, right on the lake, creating such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.

A truly wonderful experience. We chose the eight-course tasting menu for a table of five, and the team was kind enough to adapt certain dishes to meet some specific dietary needs with great care and flexibility. Everything was remarkably well-orchestrated: the quality of the ingredients, the harmonious presentation, the elegant decor, the tastefully chosen tableware, and the perfectly paired food and drinks. The desserts were also absolutely outstanding—a real "wow" moment to conclude the meal. All of this was complemented by excellent service and an absolutely delightful team. A special mention goes to the fact that our two dogs were welcomed with great kindness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a restaurant we will definitely return to. At this level, it deserves three stars, not just two. Bravo to the entire team!

Romantic Weekend Getaway POSITIVE POINTS: A very pleasant location in what I consider the most beautiful bay on Lake Annecy. A warm, friendly, and professional welcome. Clean room, very nice bathroom (room 16, be aware of the overlooking issue!). Not very well soundproofed from street noise. Quiet spa with a superb view. Terrace for aperitifs with a magnificent view. At the gourmet restaurant: well-spaced tables, discreet and professional service, good food, Chef Jean Sulpice makes the rounds of the dining room, which is a nice touch. He is down-to-earth and approachable. Excellent food at the 1903 bistro-style restaurant (seafood and service). NEGATIVE POINTS: There are no towels in the room to dry your hands after afternoon tea. It's a small detail, but it matters for a 5-star hotel. The bathrobes for the spa were the wrong size (perhaps ask at reception for the desired size… we're not all slim 😅😅). However, a very important problem arose: upon arrival, we were asked about any food allergies. I have many fruit allergies, including apple. During our meal at the gourmet restaurant, there was raw apple in one of the dishes… I'm always careful, so I set aside the pieces of apple and then pointed it out to the waitress. Absolutely magnificent. The view, the gourmet restaurant, the breakfast, the spa... a perfect place to recharge.

An intense culinary journey, an immersion in the cuisine of the great chef Jean Sulpice, we will be back, that's for sure.

We went to the spa and the Marius Bar for a truly exceptional gourmet afternoon tea. The spa is superb, with breathtaking views of the Cochette and Semnoz peaks. It has everything you could wish for. The service lives up to the chef's reputation—impeccable. A minor drawback was the spa + afternoon tea offer (which no longer seems to be available), where it was specified that drinks were included. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the Marius Bar, this was no longer the case, so drinks were extra, which is a shame for an afternoon tea! For us, it's a lovely treat, and it's always frustrating to have to pay extra when it was included, especially considering the price of the drinks! But beyond this small disappointment, it's simply a magical experience that immerses you in a little bit of luxury. Thank you for this wonderful moment!

We journey serenely along the lake, from the mushroom and its incredibly light, forest-scented mousse to the crayfish with the aroma of a barbecue lit by the charming maître d', and the unique wines that the sommelier delights in selecting for us. The chef's character and wisdom are reflected in every dish, and he takes the time to chat with us. All of this is, of course, showcased in his new dining room overlooking Lake Annecy. One desire only: to return.
