Good time at the SPA and gourmet menu at the water's edge, cool, impeccable service. I would definitely go back

A pure marvel. Both the gourmet restaurant and the room we stay in. A stroll in 8 dishes, each as succulent as the next. An exceptional chef. A staff that is both very warm and very professional. In short, thank you all for this exceptional moment. The setting is magnificent. View of Lake Annecy surrounded by its beautiful mountains, some of which are snow-capped. A landscape like we would like to see more often. Soothing, relaxing and exotic, especially when you come from Paris. Thank you all for this superb stay.

We no longer count our improvised and rejuvenating escapades in this establishment. A haven of peace, an exceptional place surrounded by caring and passionate people. Regarding the kitchen: a culinary experience that takes us on a journey into the world of Jean SULPICE. A treat every time. Mr. Cookie.😉

Congratulations to the chef and his entire team for the magnificent taste discovery that we were able to make by following the “itinerary” in 7 dishes! Perfect service and a warm welcome. We feel the strength of a “team”. Our room was very good, a breakfast where we were able to discover the chef's different and delicious cakes. The location is unique. The tranquility of the place, the chef's delights and the service provided make this establishment a place that we highly recommend and where, above all, we will return very quickly! THANKS.

The place is still one of the most beautiful spots there is. The investments made by J.Sulpice in the restaurants, terraces and hotel are spectacular and make Pere Bise an exceptional “resort”. On the other hand, our last dinner last night at the Michelin-starred table was a great disappointment: in a word, very poor value for money. A unique menu with no other option than the number of dishes chosen (6 or 8), the “6” version of fish and unique lake products (a little restrictive for a table of this quality), only positive surprise: the remarkable “vegetables” dish originality and subtlety.And all this for a 3* price flirting with €300 for the 8 course version. Not to mention the price of the glass of champagne: €30 for a champagne from an unknown producer. No really, Father Bise must come back to earth and not give in to the (easy) sirens of galloping inflation.

Exceptional service as much as our stay

There are so many Michelin stars for which we say... It's DONE. And certain tables, like Jean Sulpice, we want to come back to there very quickly. No fuss, a sober table with its bellflower lamp, its beautiful, inspiring presentation plates from the same Limougeaud maker. A single minimalist work on the wall. The view of the lake is enough. Gourmet cuisine, of course, but stripped of its artifices, no shavings of foie gras, spoons of caviar or other strips of truffle to justify the expensive aspect of gastronomy. Everything has been said about the plates. But what I am happy about is the atmosphere among the staff members, no tension or excessive stress. No castrating butler, the lady in office is part of the decor, carrying out the service with discretion, discernment and intelligence. Magic moment. THANKS
