An address not to be missed. The restaurant alone is worth the trip: the dishes are magnificent, exquisitely prepared, both refined and generous in their perfect balance. The portions are ideal, the ingredients remarkably fresh, with a genuine focus on supporting small producers. Each dish is crafted with great taste and precision. All this at particularly attractive prices considering the quality offered, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and perfectly quiet, ideal for fully enjoying your stay in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.

We only tried the restaurant on a weekend in the area and ate there. Not a huge menu selection, but efficient service, you know it's going to be good. Very good service, a truly efficient head waiter.

A pleasant stay at this charming old-world hotel and restaurant. Regarding the room, the only issue was the difficulty getting hot water in the evening. However, it was spotless in the morning. The spa is very nice. The hydrojet massage is an absolute must-try: addictive! The Valentine's Day meal was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, a truly delightful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent stay!

Excellent stay at the hotel. We came thanks to the gourmet passport program and discovered this gem in Cormeilles. A very warm welcome from the owner. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The meal was excellent with very attentive service. I loved the leek quiche. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, with a water jet massage bed, sauna, and jacuzzi, offering all the amenities for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was generous and complete. It was a truly relaxing experience. And we were able to bring our dog with us. Fantastic! Thank you so much to all the hotel staff.

26/04/2026: Everything is perfect at this restaurant. I went there to eat with three of my four children. The welcome was exceptional; the new owner is radiant, with a smile that makes you feel right at home. We had lunch on the sunny terrace, which was lovely. The set menu on the chalkboard was very appealing (three starters, three main courses, three desserts—something for everyone, including vegetarians), and there was a nice wine list and a rather appealing cocktail menu. We ordered (always with the radiant Emma). We were served at the table by the chef himself, with a big smile that perfectly matched the atmosphere. And then, the dishes were excellent, homemade with passion, and you can taste it in every bite... simply magical. The desserts followed in the same vein as the main courses... a perfect balance between indulgence and refinement. In short, I had an exceptional time and I recommend everyone take the time to go there for a meal, breakfast, or even just a drink. This address is now in my Google favorites.
