18/05/2026: An address not to be missed. The restaurant alone is worth the trip: the dishes are magnificent, exquisitely prepared, both refined and generous in their perfect balance. The portions are ideal, the ingredients remarkably fresh, with a genuine focus on supporting small producers. Each dish is crafted with great taste and precision. All this at particularly attractive prices considering the quality offered, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and perfectly quiet, ideal for fully enjoying your stay in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.

You can tell the cuisine is crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients, with meticulous presentation and a masterful control of flavors. The service is welcoming and friendly, in a relaxed atmosphere. An excellent restaurant in Cormeilles, well worth the detour for anyone looking for high-quality, generous, and creative cuisine. We will gladly return.
03/07/2026: First visit to Les Diables Verts, with its new owners. A very enjoyable first visit, from the quality of the food served, the welcome, the service, the well-selected and expertly prepared products, the freshness, and the Bois Louvet ice cream to finish off the meal perfectly. I highly recommend it.
