We went for a weekend in Burgundy and stopped for lunch at the Auberge du Prieuré. A very pleasant place.
We were facing a very well-maintained and popular Romanesque church.
The place is almost idyllic.

We are in the heart of the Brionnais Charolais region, where we can enjoy Burgundian products such as prime beef, ribeye steak, snails, and frog legs (by reservation).
The desserts are as colorful as they are exquisite!
The innkeepers are welcoming and kind! They took the time to share their knowledge of the region with us.

During our anniversary weekend in Anzy-le-Duc, we thoroughly enjoyed the inn. The welcome was very warm and the food excellent, especially the cooked ham. Thank you.
A small set menu (main course and dessert) was delicious and beautifully presented.
The terrace is wonderful with a magnificent view of the church.
The service was very friendly and attentive, and card payment was no problem.
It's always a pleasure to return to this charming inn during a lunch break on a motorcycle ride through the Brionnais region.
