Superb experience! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dishes were extremely good and very original. I had a wonderful time, thank you! The price of the tasting menu is reasonable considering the number of courses served.

Deliciously inventive cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service, a charmingly rustic terrace... everything was perfectly in its place, and the dishes served, from the amuse-bouches to the petits fours, were a feast for the eyes and the palate! A huge congratulations to the chef and his wife for their consistent excellence, as this establishment, we were told, has been around for 25 years. We will return to the Gers region, and we will certainly return to the Auberge du Prieuré. Gaël & Antony

This was our first time at this restaurant, thanks to our doctor and my wife (who is 73). We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a delicious meal, with explanations provided with each course. The amuse-bouches were superb, but the wine list could have been better. We will definitely return. Thank you all. Sincerely.

A fantastic discovery, especially since I'm not from the area! Each dish was a true discovery of flavors. The service was impeccable: the entire team was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I recommend this restaurant 200%!

We visited this place while touring France but were quite disappointed. The location was pretty. The food was presented very pleasantly but the chef was not prepared to accommodate for one of our party that was pregnant and thus asked for the veal to be cooked. The veal was totally raw and stone cold served in a sauce that lacked flavour.Even those non pregnant members of our party found this fish unappealing. It could easily have been cooked or substituted for another pregnancy friendly dish but instead the chef brought another dish covered in raw egg. Surely chefs should understand the importance of eating the recommended foods during pregnancy but staff here were arrogant and unhelpful. Overall the food was well presented but there were too many flavours going on and nothing really complemented each other. The wine pairings were not named on the menu and didn’t seem to be particularly well matched to the courses. We ate at a Turkish Michelin restaurant in Cappadocia the week prior and could not fault anything on the Turkish menu but unfortunately L'Auberge le Prieuré was not up to the usual Michelin standards.

This is our third visit to this restaurant with friends, and it's always a pleasure to discover dishes bursting with exceptional flavors. The servers are incredibly welcoming, very friendly, and explain each dish thoroughly. The setting is magnificent, in a beautiful village. We will gladly return.

Simply exceptional! The restaurant deserves two stars. The dishes are refined with original flavors. We enjoyed the tasting menu on a lovely shaded terrace; the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We highly recommend it for a truly delightful culinary experience.

Great product, excellent service, top-notch cuisine to accommodate intolerances

Lunch for two today on the absolutely perfect shaded terrace. The quality of the entire menu is incredible; it's flawless from start to finish, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The service is ideal: pleasant and discreet. Thank you for this lovely experience!
