A truly wonderful experience! 2 "Discovery" Menus From the ambiance to the service to the exceptionally high-quality dishes, everything was perfect! The cuisine is sophisticated, heavily focused on surprising vegetable and herb pairings, always executed with finesse. A special mention goes to the fennel dessert, which was simply magnificent! The service is delivered with passion by an attentive team, led by an owner who knows every detail of the dishes served, so well that you might think she prepared them herself. A genuine desire to do things well is evident throughout. Thank you for these shared moments, and we will definitely be back!

We've been several times, and each time it's been a delight: original and exquisite dishes (I never would have thought of eating fennel and tomato for dessert...), attentive service, and excellent recommendations. In short, Benjamin Toursel and his wife richly deserve their Michelin star. We'll gladly return to try the upcoming menus.

Highly recommended. Excellent value for money. Very nice terrace under the trumpet tree, very cozy, and the other tables are spaced far enough apart. The amuse-bouches were delicious. Although the starter contained tomato, which I normally don't like, it completely won over my taste buds. The butter beans (normally not my thing either) with cod were top-notch. The cheeses were tasty. Perhaps a tip would be to serve extra raisin bread or nut bread with this. Dessert was absolutely perfect. Accompanied by coffee with fresh treats. We got more than our money's worth for €164. In Belgium, you would certainly spend €100 more for the same price. A truly top-notch restaurant.

A remarkable and memorable lunch! From the moment we arrived at the Auberge du Prieuré, we were greeted with warmth, smiles, and kindness. We had the excellent idea of ​​choosing the Discovery Menu: a true culinary journey, driven by bold, creative cuisine full of surprises. We were particularly captivated by the originality of the Iberian pork chop, as surprising in its preparation as it was remarkable in its flavors. And what a wonderful way to end this lunch with a veritable parade of desserts: Northern waffles, delectable macarons, verrines of lemon and verbena panna cotta… A succession of treats as generous as they were delicious. We also had the pleasure of discovering a very good Jura wine, perfectly suited to this hot day and which complemented the meal wonderfully. It was much more than just an excellent lunch: a truly delightful experience and one we will cherish. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful moment!
