I was invited to lunch at this restaurant, which I hadn't been to before, but which my hosts had highly recommended, knowing my appreciation for good food and beautiful presentation. I wasn't disappointed. The menu offered superb traditional cuisine, showcasing the chef's mastery in cooking frogs' legs, pan-seared foie gras, and chuck roast so tender it could be cut with a fork! Impeccable presentation, generous portions, and high-quality ingredients... simply flawless! All this was complemented by friendly and confident service; in short, a winning combination. I left with the menu so I wouldn't forget to return!
