Auberge du Roybon sur Saint-Martin-En-Vercors

We had a wonderful evening at the Auberge du Roybon. The setting is beautiful, the hosts are warm and friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms and common areas are very comfortable. We will gladly return with our family this summer to enjoy the cooler temperatures or this winter for the ski slopes and snowy landscapes.

We spent two nights at Christelle and Emmanuel's Auberge, a half-board stay with my sisters in early May, and we highly recommend it. Their kindness and hospitality are impeccable; they are also excellent cooks, but we just missed out on the Tarte Tropézienne… we can't wait to return. There are also hiking trails everywhere, completely off-grid, a true paradise.

We had a wonderful evening and a great night in this peaceful spot surrounded by nature. The meal was delicious, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the refuge well-organized and maintained. A huge thank you to Christelle and Emmanuel for their discreet yet efficient service and for their warm welcome!

A perfect stopover for a perfect stopover! The horses had delicious hay, the children had tiramisu, and I enjoyed it too. We really appreciated the wood-burning stove, the terrace, and the people we met. Absolutely fantastic!

We booked the Auberge du Roybon for a get-together with friends to celebrate a friend's marriage proposal. The inn is a warm, peaceful, and welcoming place. Our two hosts, Christelle and Emmanuel, gave us a very warm welcome and prepared a delicious dinner. I highly recommend it!

For over 20 years, we've been having lunch at this inn, where my children grew up. We've seen several owners, each contributing their own touch (all but one...), and the atmosphere remains as warm and authentic as ever. I highly recommend the fire pit and staying here to truly disconnect.

We received a very warm welcome for afternoon tea, right next to the slopes – a real treat! The owners make everything from scratch and only cook with local produce. I highly recommend their incredible brownie bowl and their blueberry tart – absolutely delicious!

We wanted to have lunch at 2:30 pm but the service was over, a shame for an inn in the heart of the slopes.

Thank you for the last-minute welcome! Ideally located right on the slopes, their homemade desserts are a real remedy for low blood sugar ;) Thanks again for everything and see you soon!!
