I stopped at this restaurant mid-day during a leg of my cycling trip along the Via Allier.
An unpretentious restaurant. The food is decent and reasonably priced.
It was the only restaurant nearby on the route, and I was ravenous when I stopped.
We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the service, the quality of the food, even the bread was good (which is rare in restaurants). We will be back.
I ate at the Auberge du Tilleul and, contrary to Hysteria BMX's claims, I completely deny their statements about the origin of the products; they are utterly defamatory. This gentleman seems dissatisfied everywhere he eats, while I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
