Beautiful spot in a bucolic setting, mountain atmosphere, starting point for many hikes. Parking is easy and free. Friendly and professional welcome and service. The dishes are well-presented, tasty, and generous portions. Interesting menu at reasonable prices. I love it!

Excellent inn, efficient and friendly service, and, to top it all off, a magnificent view from the terrace. The only slight drawback: the potato pancakes were a little too greasy, but this could certainly be improved. I recommend it.

We are regulars at Le Tremplin Restaurant, an establishment we have always appreciated for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We were therefore eager to discover the restaurant under its new owners, and we were pleasantly surprised by the varied menu and the dishes, which were truly delicious, generous, and hearty. On that point, we have absolutely no complaints! However, we found the service to be a little hesitant. The waiter forgot to order our appetizers, which resulted in a rather long wait. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know that a change of ownership and the start of a new team inevitably requires a period of adjustment. But I believe that at the beginning of a new adventure as a manager, it is particularly important to build relationships with customers, to be present in the dining room, and to take the time to chat with them. This is also what helps to reassure customers, build loyalty, and give the place a real identity. I found it a shame that the owner was ultimately not very present during service, leaving much of the management of the dining room to a young team that still seems inexperienced. Of course, everyone has to learn and find their feet. A great find despite a few service hiccups. The dishes are high quality, the portions are generous, and the menu makes you want to come back. We simply hope that the organization and service will become more fluid, because the potential is definitely there! In any case, we wish the new owners every success in this new venture.

We had booked for lunch today (August 15th) and it was full! We got a lovely table on the shaded terrace. The service was quick and friendly. We tried the dish with the grated potatoes; it was good, but there was a bit too much salad, and an extra portion of grated potatoes would have been very nice. Prices were reasonable.

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! We came during the week and the set menu was excellent, both in terms of taste and price. The waitress was very kind and attentive. There were four of us, and we all highly recommend this restaurant. The setting is magnificent, which adds to the enjoyment. Don't change a thing. Thank you!

Delighted with my discovery of this restaurant! I arrived without a reservation in the morning, and they managed to find me a table at 1:30 pm. A huge thank you! We ate exceptionally well, especially the mezzelan with white truffle. Lovely shaded terrace. And right at the foot of the hiking trails. Perfect!
