In the beautiful town of Lézardrieux, just outside Paimpol, the Auberge du Trieux is open, despite the fact that it's undergoing renovations, which might suggest otherwise. You'll then enter a charming and peaceful setting. The menu includes set menus at all price points, and I treated myself to a €58 set menu, while my wife had the à la carte menu. High-quality roasted oysters with a delicious sauce followed by a very tasty langoustine plancha! Afterward, there was a magnificent plate of red mullet and ultra-fresh shellfish with baby vegetables. The surprise dessert was original and on par with the gourmet dishes of this dinner. I had a half bottle of Cheverny, which paired very well with the food. My wife savored her foie gras and truffle omelet, and she also enjoyed her pavlova. The atmosphere is evident in the food; their cuisine is inventive, and the service is of the highest quality. In short, a high level that fully justifies the price.

Passing through this restaurant under construction, unpleasant smell when entering the restaurant (urine), good meal but the smell really put us off
