We came for dinner two days ago. Even though we enjoyed the dishes, we missed the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink pairings, too many different tastes, too many beer-wine combinations.
Regarding the service, on 2 occasions, without intervention on our part, we were served new drinks in the glasses used for the previous ones, the latter having not yet been cleared!
On the other hand, in addition to an error on the bill (we had been charged for water not ordered and not served), we were very surprised to note that despite the presence of many customers, the cleaning of the floor had started (hose with shower, brush broom, etc.). Just another way to tell us “it’s over, you can leave”?

Refined, succulent and tasteful dishes.
The cuisine is very plant-oriented with healthy products. It was a discovery for me but I came away conquered. In short, we will definitely return.
Ps: The drinks pairing, although sometimes confusing, was just perfect!

Nothing to complain about the service, it's "cool" and friendly.
I still find that we feel that Florent cannot be everywhere and that for this price we can easily find better in terms of culinary achievement.
But the setting is a major asset and we have a good time there.

still excellent. I didn't really like the eggplant combined with the pollen but for the rest it was a treat. especially the dessert with red pepper. I highly recommend!

On y découvre des saveurs et des ingrédients de qualité.
L'accord sans alcool une vraie palette de goût.

Expérience culinaire et de salle à faire.
Culinaire grâce à ses menus aux multiples assiettes. Pas tout aimé mais bon...
Se salle grâce aux serveurs sympathiques et pro.
