A wonderful discovery. Superb location, beautiful view, restaurant decorated simply yet warmly. The staff were incredibly attentive (helpful and very pleasant). The dishes were rather simple but made with local ingredients, cooked exceptionally well and beautifully presented.

A truly excellent Michelin-starred restaurant in every respect, with a local philosophy that deserves our support, especially when it's justified by such delicious food. Clearly, it offers excellent value for money. The service is impeccable, very professional and friendly, the sommelier is highly competent (which isn't always the case), and the setting is at once serene, minimalist, and very welcoming. Go for it!

What can be said about the Vert Mont experience? It perfectly embodies the terroir that Florent Layden champions. This is evident both in the sourcing and the preparation of the products. If you love the local produce of Flanders, this is the only place you absolutely must visit.

We experienced Valentine's Day. It was a culinary and poetic journey. The very attentive staff took excellent care of us, which made us feel so welcome and truly special. The diversity and originality of the dishes transported us to different regions. Our taste buds were delighted throughout this unique and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this inn and hope to return for more adventures.

A little hidden away in the fields, this place is well worth the detour. What a wonderful discovery, truly off the beaten path of traditional restaurants. The place is welcoming and understated, almost intimate. We went in the evening and were greeted with a small bowl of broth to warm us up. Crackling logs provided a gentle warmth as soon as we entered. The welcome was warm. Each table is lit in a soft, hushed atmosphere, and the staff is attentive and very caring. The descriptions of the dishes and wines before tasting are mouthwatering. Everything is locally sourced, and we discovered inventive cuisine, surprising dishes (the "Petite Ballade" menu) paired with alcoholic beverages (wine and beer). You can also choose the non-alcoholic option, and both are a complete success. A big thank you to the entire team for their expertise and kindness. The restaurant offers on-site room rentals. The rooms reflect the restaurant's concept: authentic. The bedding is very comfortable and the whole place is unique. A welcome return to simplicity. Breakfast is also available.

We had dinner at the Vert Mont restaurant for our wedding anniversary and brought our 10-year-old daughters with us for the first time. It was an absolutely fantastic dinner! As with all of Florent Ladeyn's restaurants, the setting and atmosphere are superb! It's a very good restaurant, but one that doesn't take itself too seriously. We were worried that dinner might be a bit long for our daughters, but they ate so well (the children's menu was amazing!) and the servers were so lovely that they had a wonderful evening! We also loved the dinner and the wine pairings, and even the very original and delicious alcohol-free option. Local, seasonal produce, expertly prepared—we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
