Absolutely fantastic! Everything was excellent, the concept was brilliant, and the service was impeccable! The price reflects the quality of the experience. The hotel was lovely, and the room was quite unique. We had a wonderful time. Definitely worth a try!

I had been wanting to try Florent Ladeyn's cuisine for a long time. To be honest, it fell slightly short of my expectations. The setting is superb, modern, warm, and idyllic, perched atop the hills. The service was relaxed and attentive. We were welcomed with a fragrant broth and an aperitif in the garden with interesting amuse-bouches. We opted for the five-course tasting menu at €50 (compared to the seven-course tasting menu at €80) and the wine pairing at €30. The mushrooms and snails were a bit predictable. The confit beef with smoked celery was excellent. The fries with Maroilles cheese were more of a side dish than a main course! The beetroot and tarragon dessert was a nice touch of originality. Petit fours finished. However, I was expecting something more daring from the iconoclastic chef. At this price, it's still a good deal for a Michelin-starred restaurant, which isn't the case for the wine pairing, which I wouldn't recommend. Two glasses of wine would have been enough. A lovely place, well worth the effort, and ultimately a very enjoyable experience. €93 per person.

A wonderful gift! We had been waiting for this moment with our parents for months (even years), and what a lovely surprise it was! First, the location offers a unique view of this beautiful region of Flanders, and the setting is both simple and welcoming, where everything is done to make each dish more beautiful than the last! And what can we say about the food! It's best not to describe it; you simply have to let yourself be surprised by the chef's creativity, which transported us not 10,000 km away, but to his garden—and what a magnificent garden it is! Finally, it's important to mention that the service and welcome contribute enormously to the enjoyment. This young and dynamic team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We felt completely at ease. We will gladly return as soon as we have the chance.

We spent a night and had dinner on Saturday at the Auberge du Vert Mont, and everything was simply magical. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional: attentive, warm, and perfectly executed service, without ever being intrusive. Every member of the team contributes to creating a friendly and elegant atmosphere. On the plate, it's a true journey: sublime ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a creativity that delights both the eyes and the palate. Each dish is a discovery. Staying overnight extends this enchanting interlude, in a calm and charming setting. A memorable experience that we recommend without hesitation. We will return with great pleasure!

We only dined at the inn's restaurant. The location and setting are incredible! A sunset over the top of Mont des Flandres was simply magnificent 👌🏻 Florent Ladeyn's cuisine is superb, and I highly recommend it 👏🏻 A special shout-out to Cédric, the waiter, a super friendly person who was always attentive to our needs. Very beautiful location, very spacious and pleasant place to stay. In terms of service, everything moves relatively quickly, with few breaks. Alternative culinary cuisine.
