Incredible experience! I've been wanting to go for a long time (having heard about Florent Ladeyne and having already done one in Lille) and we had a great time! We've already arrived, it's magnificent, in the middle of nowhere, completely disorientated. The interior is super pretty with a large bay window and a beautiful view. The service is impeccable, very careful and professional (be careful not to overdo it, it doesn't go with the spirit). We took the menu with the most dishes to enjoy everything and it was crazy! Everything was absolutely excellent (except the duck with beetroot, a little too acidic but that's the only downside), everything came together perfectly, everything was a treat. Big big level. Local, seasonal products, it's simple but very fine and ultimately very elaborate. A huge congratulations to the chef and the team, I can't wait to try another menu from another season. A must do, great success

Great lunch at the hostel! We've been wanting to come for a while but being in Burgundy it's not easy to find a slot! In any case, the trip is worth it! Unbeatable value for money for a star! 50 bucks for the small menu is really strong... the food and drink pairing is also really worth it whether with or without alcohol. For the kitchen it was really great! There was everything, freshness / acidity / iodine / sweetness and roundness / toasted / smoked / cereals / depending on the dishes... All ultra local…. Bravo Chef for your commitments! And the ultra cozy place / perfect music, the kitchen fireplace, everything... we would have loved to stay there until the evening! Many thanks and go for it! Impeccable and very discreet service, a view of our beautiful Flanders, an extraordinary culinary experience. We opted for the food and wine pairing, I can only recommend it. Eating at Vert Mont is for us a moment of pleasure and discovery. It's not the first time we've come and it's always an exceptional moment, never disappointed. We always take the complete service with 1 alcohol pairing and 1 alcohol-free because the work on alcohol-free is exceptional and deserves to be discovered. We try to go there once a year, unique experience each time, never the same thing. And a super friendly and accessible team. In short, we love it.

Extensive culinary experience with both positive and negative.

A great experience in a very beautiful establishment. The welcome and service by Théo, Mattéo and Enzo was very pleasant. Some dishes were extraordinary, others good or even average given the level of the restaurant. The idea of ​​a single meal is very good for discovery, costs and margin calculation but the absence of a menu is a shame because we would have enjoyed a good spirit at the end of the meal. As the owner is no longer present in the kitchen, it would be good to highlight the young chefs who are in the kitchen in this high-end restaurant. We don't know who they are.
