We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 90th birthday.
A private room was reserved for the occasion.
A perfect experience from start to finish!
The welcome was warm, the service was quick and attentive, and the dishes were a true delight for the taste buds. The ingredients were fresh and wonderfully prepared. A must-visit, we will definitely be back!

An exceptional location for this inn at the foot of the old castle in this medieval town. The welcome is professional and the soundproofing of the dining room is commendable. The scallop casserole with its surf and turf flavors makes for a lovely starter. The fish is cooked to perfection, and the wine, a perfect match for the surf and turf, provides a common thread throughout this culinary journey through Brittany. The wait allowed us to appreciate the understated yet tasteful decor of the dining room.

We had a wonderful time yesterday at lunchtime. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the presentation beautiful. The staff was very professional and attentive.
Thank you all!
Special mention to the young waiter with glasses who was incredibly attentive and whom we bothered several times for photos.

My husband and I had a lovely time at this inn. The meal was excellent from start to finish. We also appreciated the service. There were two set menus to choose from, both of high quality... one of our favorite restaurants.

A perfect place to make a stop and enjoy a delicious meal. You must visit the area around, the small town and definitely stop in this restaurant. The food is really good, it shows how delicious french food is. The staff is really professional and friendly, a bit slow the service but it is worthy.
100% recommended.

I came to eat with a group of friends; the setting is magnificent, the welcome was very warm, and the meal was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant in terms of presentation and flavor. I recommend it to everyone.

A truly wonderful discovery!
A magnificent setting, refined cuisine, congratulations to the chef (the chicken supreme was to die for!).
We were welcomed by Mathieu, who took excellent care of us from beginning to end.
I not only highly recommend the Auberge du Vieux Château, but I will return with great pleasure.
