The Auberge du Moustier: absolutely not to be missed! Simply put, everything is perfect! The welcome, of course, from Madame Rodriguez, is incredibly warm and welcoming, not to mention her perfect knowledge of wines. The cuisine, prepared by Monsieur Rodriguez, is exquisitely precise, flavorful, and bursting with taste and color. I go beyond simply recommending it; it's a must-visit for local food lovers and those just passing through.
