What a great experience. Glamorous atmosphere. Impeccable service (thank you Nicolas!). Well presented dishes, very tasty and plentiful! Without forgetting a special attention to my wife who was celebrating her birthday! We highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Family meal in this chic establishment where you feel good. Very nice atmosphere both in the large room and upstairs with its bar and very cozy lounge atmosphere. Choice of dishes, served very generously! And finally, thank you to the very attentive staff and particularly to Nicolas who took care of us. I highly recommend !

Too bad the truffle…. Hello after a family meal we had a few dishes accompanied by truffles, I would like to give a review, the place is superb the efficient staff most of the dishes are very good but concerning the perfect egg with truffles and no flavor or taste of truffles , I find it regrettable given the promotion of the product and the price. we then moved on to a fillet of beef with truffles and unfortunately even noticed the taste of the so-called truffle and non-existent, I find that a shame. it would be good to move upmarket even if it means increasing the price or staying on the morels side.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at L'Auberge du Zoo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the originality of a menu which highlighted Roug'chou. The atmosphere was warm, with a touch of modernity which blended perfectly with the almost historic setting of this legendary place in Mulhouse. The meal was not only delicious, but also innovative, with these dishes showcasing Roug’chou in an unexpected way. Chefs have been able to transform this often underestimated ingredient into truly surprising culinary creations, combining flavors and textures in a harmonious way. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I would like to point out that they have a menu specific to the restaurant and that the meal in which I participated was organized on the occasion of an evening of the Confrérie du Roug’chou.
