Wow, wow, wow!!! What can I say? Our waiter, Joao, was incredibly professional, his work was impeccable, and he was absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant through my work at the M2A Water Authority. I absolutely don't regret choosing this restaurant for my son Léo's christening. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, the atmosphere, the food, and the unexpected surprises organized by the restaurant. A thousand thanks, and I'll definitely be back. Rediscovering the Zoo Inn for a 90th birthday celebration! The food was magnificent, and the service provided by Jeff was exceptional, with excellent wine recommendations and a kind word every time. His companion was also very pleasant. Thank you, Zoo Inn, thank you, Jeff!

Impeccable service from start to finish! The welcome was fantastic: the entire team was friendly, smiling, attentive, and very kind. You immediately felt at ease. The restaurant is housed in a beautiful building, with a magnificent terrace where it's a pleasure to enjoy a meal. Everything is in place for a wonderful experience. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. You can go there without hesitation; I highly recommend it!

We came to the Auberge du Zoo for lunch on Sunday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were asked if we would like to eat on the terrace or inside. Given the extreme heatwave warning and temperatures nearing 40°C outside, we naturally chose the indoor dining room. Unfortunately, it was neither air-conditioned nor equipped with fans. It was around 36°C inside, and we felt stifled throughout the meal. We asked if it would be possible to have a fan, but received no response from the waiter. However, a few moments later, another table was given a fan, which we found regrettable. We would also like to point out that the waiters were doing their best despite the very difficult working conditions. They were drenched in sweat, their shirts completely soaked. We felt very sorry for them and wondered how they managed to work in such heat. It's a real shame, because this unbearable heat completely ruined what should have been a pleasant meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The restaurant is excellent: the food is very good, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, our experience at the upstairs bar was very disappointing. The bartender was arrogant and unpleasant, which really spoiled the experience. Furthermore, the cocktails we ordered were not up to par and very expensive! It's a shame, as this contrasts sharply with the quality of the restaurant.

12/08/2026: A charming, almost enchanting place. Located in a quiet little square, right in the city center, the restaurant is colorful and well-kept. The sweet crepes are delicious; we tried the salted butter and sugar one, the chocolate one, and the flambéed raspberry one. We shared them, and each one complemented the other. The perfect end to a road trip that took us from France to Belgium and the Netherlands and then back again, with Mulhouse being the last stop on the way back.

I had asked for a cake to celebrate our daughter's eleventh birthday: not only did the restaurant organize it, but it also offered it for free! The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent dinner in Mulhouse, at prices that reflect the high quality of the cuisine. If we come back to Mulhouse, we will definitely stay here again.
