I had the Alsace macarons for the first time at the Strasbourg Christmas Market 2 years ago and love it. So when I saw they have a branch in Mulhouse, I went to get them. I bought a pack of pistachio, chocolate and banana. He kindly gave me a piece extra & I ate it on the spot. 🤌🏼 Saw they have a cute 30th ans tote so I got one of that as well. Trying the normal macarons too!

We had very good macarons here. Unfortunately, the pistachio one tastes like almond. Strawberry is recommended. The staff were very friendly. We'll gladly come back.

12/08/2026: A charming, almost enchanting place. Located in a quiet little square, right in the city center, the restaurant is colorful and well-kept. The sweet crepes are delicious; we tried the salted butter and sugar one, the chocolate one, and the flambéed raspberry one. We shared them, and each one complemented the other. The perfect end to a road trip that took us from France to Belgium and the Netherlands and then back again, with Mulhouse being the last stop on the way back.

30/08/2026: The service was a disaster. The waiter clearly didn't want to be there and should consider a career change. I've been coming to La Taverne for over 10 years, and this really doesn't make me want to go back. It's a shame because it's the best place in Mulhouse in terms of beer selection and quality.
23/08/2026: We had originally spotted another bar with better reviews, but it was closed on Sundays. All the better, we had a great time at Les Chevaliers Teutoniques, with plenty of beer and flam choices, a cool place, and friendly staff.
