Auberge Dupuytren sur Pierre-Buffiere

Second stay at the Auberge, the first was just for diner, this time we decided to stay over. The auberge is in a very nice and old building and the rooms are fine, clean and we had the access to the POOL which was nice and relaxing after a long drive. We have been helped with our luggage despite that the owner had a back pain and I think that it was courageous from her, to carry my wife’s heavy suitcase! She didn’t had to, but she did! The diner is just fabulous, the service is diligent and friendly. Believe me, WE TRIED and there is nothing equivalent or superior to that auberge MILES AROUND!

It's a great stopover on the vacation route. We enjoy the swimming pool when it’s hot. The meals are very good, original and hearty dishes.

Atypical place with heated swimming pool evening stopover including the old village magnificently decorated by its inhabitants The only negative point of this evening, the fish served was not very hot, the chef forgot to reheat the plate

Superb experience. The meal was superb, quality ingredients made with care, top service in an idyllic setting.
