An excellent address in the heart of the Basque Country, in the beautiful village of Estérençuby. ❤️ We were in the region for a week's holiday, with only one desire: to recharge, relax, and unwind. Auberge Carricaburu greatly contributed to making this stay truly memorable. The setting is simply magical, authentic, and a real change of scenery. As for the food, it's a true delight: delicious, generous, and flavorful local dishes… We thoroughly enjoyed every meal; everything was excellent! A huge thank you also to everyone who welcomed and served us for their kindness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality. We felt so at home there. We've barely left, and we already miss this place… 🥹 An inn like this is the kind we wish we could find more often, and we will definitely return on our next trip to the Basque Country. Thank you for these wonderful moments, and we hope to see you again soon! ❤️

A wonderful restaurant with a special charm: a cool terrace under the trees, the sound of the river flowing just below creates a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The service is impeccable, always polite, attentive, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The meat is simply spectacular, of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. A place definitely worth returning to and recommending.
