Positives:

Negative :
- Lack of choice for tarte flambées. It's just a shame that there are only simple ones and gratinated ones.
Meal levels very good value for money, just on the level dessert a little above the black forest the cherries this tale on 2 fingers, and the spaetzle are industrial pastas for real Alsatians that we are that surprised us a little... Otherwise everything was good.

the tarte flambée is good, the cocktails are good. The all-you-can-eat tart service is good but there are only two flavors, the normal flambée and the gratinated. The big negative side is that the service for the tarte flambées is very long. 20 to 30 minutes between two pies. The room is also very noisy.
From our point of view, one of the best tarte flambées in Alsace. Wood-fired cooking and lively restaurant. Thin and crispy pastry, garnished as desired. We like it grilled, just say that.
