A wonderful discovery in a lovely, understated yet elegant setting. I was very surprised by the flavors of the dishes. From start to finish, it was delicious. An explosion of flavors! The sommelier was extraordinary: friendly, funny, and above all, knowledgeable. She perfectly paired our meals with wines! I highly recommend it. It was perfect.

Excellent food. Attentive staff. Very good value for money, especially the weekday lunch menu I had for €39. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. We would have loved to come back a second time today, but unfortunately, as of 11:30 am this Thursday, the weekday lunch menu is still not available online.

10/07/2026: We were outside on the terrace, it was very nice, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the food was very good, the service was perfect at the Bim Buewele restaurant, you eat well there.

21/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The terrace is fantastic and the welcome was incredibly warm. The waitress was just so friendly. The food was delicious. For a village, the salads were a bit pricey, I think—a little more expensive than in Strasbourg. But it was good.
