The kindness of the Chef, his wife, and the staff. Evening at the hotel and cooking class the next day. A must-do.

We had a wonderful time at the Cuis'in Workshop!
With a great sense of humor, Christophe guided us and engaged us in preparing the dishes, which were excellent and seemed like something we could easily make at home.
We left delighted with this very enjoyable experience with the chef and the whole group.
We highly recommend this experience.

No hotel rating, but this is a must-visit restaurant in central Brittany, perfectly justified by the quality of the welcome, the service, the food, and the setting. Words cannot adequately describe this experience, even though it is quite expensive. Without hesitation, it deserves a place on the list of gastronomic highlights and will undoubtedly be repeated in the future.
