The terrace overlooking the church in the square is simply unbeatable. The hostel is charming and welcoming. The service is excellent and the food exceptional. I've eaten there a couple of times and it has never disappointed. I will definitely return. Don't miss it!

A restaurant I highly recommend: a must-try in the Basque Country… Biriatou is a gem, adding to the charm of the place: pelota court, town hall… at the top of the stairs, the church… scenery… horses… a warm welcome from Francisco local, seasonal produce prepared with PEIO's combined expertise views of the Bidassoa River, the road to Pamplona and the mountains Epicureans or not, you'll savor it

17/05/2026: Excellent stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it! The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and always available. The location is ideal: quiet yet close to the motorway, Spain, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, etc. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. A wonderful experience; we will gladly return.
16/05/2026: We got married at Les Jardins de Bakea on April 25, 2026, and we want to thank Corine and Eric Duval and their entire team from the bottom of our hearts for this perfect moment. Everyone was extremely professional and welcoming, both during the preparations and on the wedding day itself. The cocktail hour was fantastic, the meal delicious, and the setting charming. Once again, we couldn't have dreamed of anything better for this special day. Thank you again, Thomas and Sarah.
