A fantastic reopening for the Auberge Jurassienne! 👏 A delightful evening where our taste buds were delighted from start to finish! To begin, a terrine as a starter, absolutely divine 😋, followed by a delicious chicken supreme and a dessert of our choice. All accompanied by a small glass of Givry, then a Crémant du Jura to finish on a high note! 🥂 A little anecdote: I enjoyed my chicken supreme so much that I forgot to take a picture! Luckily, the chefs had thought to take some and kindly gave them to me so I could share them with you. A very appealing menu, high-quality, beautifully prepared ingredients, warm service, and a lovely atmosphere. The inn has also benefited from a lovely renovation, and this dynamic young team is bringing a real breath of fresh air to the establishment and the area! A wonderful place to discover or rediscover, and above all, to support! Well done to the whole team for this great comeback and thank you for this excellent time! 👏

Newly owned, and it shows in the food. The cuisine is sophisticated, well-executed, using quality ingredients and proper cooking techniques. The prices are reasonable. The service is pleasant. We'll be back very soon to try the rest of the menu.

Excellent place! We stopped by on August 15th at lunchtime, a table of four with a baby, without a reservation, and were warmly welcomed. We had a delicious meal; the menu is concise, which is often a sign of quality. Special mention to the waitress who was incredibly friendly.

A very pleasant terrace surrounded by nature. The food was good and of high quality. The waitress was very friendly. The only slight downside: a bit of a long wait between courses, which I can understand as there was only one waitress and one person in the kitchen.
