Excellent family meal for a birthday in a pleasant rural setting. The welcome is warm, the dishes are excellent with quality products. The chef explains his dishes and shares anecdotes about them. Too bad for us that this hostel is located 4 hours away...we highly recommend it and we will not hesitate to come back if we return to the region.

We received a very warm welcome and the dishes prepared were excellent, with very good descriptions. The products used are very fresh and of high quality, it's a culinary surprise with each dish!
The boss is always attentive and very friendly.
We were able to chat for a while on various topics...
I highly recommend, because there is always good advice on wine too!

The boss is always so pleasant and always ready to share anecdotes about cooking with us.
Even if the cuisine is of such good quality, I was disappointed by the offering of this flagship dish. The food was not as high quality as during my previous visits, despite a 10% increase.
I don't know if I will go back!

Tout est tellement agréable à La Bacquère : le cadre, l’accueil, les plats, on se régale à tous points de vue ! Nous y retournons chaque année avec grand plaisir !

Exquisite cuisine, very friendly chef.
Superb setting, good value for money. The menu served to children was a variation of the adult menu, so excellent, a rare thing!

Nous y sommes allés pour la première fois en couple, quelle surprise !
Un plateau de plusieurs plats et vins assortis, de trèsbonne facture.
Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette auberge au chef très attentionné.

It is a very pleasant place. We are very well received by the owner. Its excellent, refined cuisine. He cooks with local products that he highlights. I recommend this address, this cuisine. To do again.
