My mother and I discovered this restaurant while visiting the area for the French Firefighters' Running Championship. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and had a truly wonderful meal. It was delicious and beautifully presented. I recommend this restaurant 100,000%!

What can we say except that we were completely satisfied with this inn and its owner, who takes the time to explain what he's serving you! There's a welcome sheet presenting the establishment, its location, and the daily menu. Personalized service in a typical Gers setting, a small number of tables, the assurance of no waiting between courses, a real treat for the taste buds (local produce), very well cooked and served hot...

Discovered with my wife for my birthday. Upon entering this inn, you're not a customer but a guest. The chef guides you from aperitif to dessert. The cuisine is made entirely with local products, accompanied by the chef's commentary. There are only a few seats, so reservations are recommended. If you're a vegan or gluten-intolerant type, this isn't the place for you, nor for those who prefer fries and nuggets. Here, you'll find real cuisine and good wines. Epicureans, you are most welcome.
