A slightly outdated style inn lost in the countryside a few minutes from Castelnaudary. The welcome is friendly and warm. We chose the menu option. The starters were excellent but I will especially focus on the cassoulet. A very present crust which covers the meltingly tender beans, a silky confit and an almost syrupy broth with a spicy aroma.
A real treat for very good value for money. No regrets about the detour.
I came to taste a cassoulet at this inn, and I was not disappointed. This is the best cassoulet I have eaten. Everything is delicious. The service is impeccable. If you want to taste the best cassoulet in the region, this is it 😊

a bit expensive. they only speak French, not English, nor Catalan... The menu is not translated into any other language either, there is no mobile coverage and they don't have wifi either. A whole cluster of details that do not help to enjoy a good experience.
