No season for a good Cassoulet! We were looking for a good place to enjoy one and the Auberge de la Calèche quickly stood out. A lovely welcome with our 20-month-old baby. Special mention for the duck carpaccio starter with its iced bourrata. A delicious sweet and savory discovery!
