Auberge la Demoiselle sur Saint-Fargeau

Excellent restaurant, thank you to our wonderful waitress who took such good care of us and to the owner who came to greet us. I highly recommend it.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my 45th wedding anniversary. The dining room is bright and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very professional, with a delightful touch of humor. The menu is well-presented and offers a wide selection. The dishes were a delight; everything was perfect—the cooking and presentation were impeccable. Very importantly, they gave us time to savor each dish, which deserves to be highlighted. I thank the waitress for her humor and her smile. Hats off to the chef for his work, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good food, nice small but warm room, good service.

I've been disappointed by the establishment in the past, but in recent months, I've found the quality to be up to scratch. I enjoy the typical dishes like snails and eggs, as well as the atmosphere of the inn.
