Auberge la Fontaine aux Bretons sur Pornic

I spent five days at this hotel with just one of my daughters during the February school holidays. It was magical and beyond my expectations. The hotel is wonderfully located, between land and sea. The presence of animals is a real bonus, especially with children. The restaurant is fantastic, unpretentious, with a friendly, family atmosphere, and above all, truly delicious food. Special mention to the efficient, attentive, smiling, and energetic waitress: Giromine, thank you ❤️. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. In short, it's perfect if you want to disconnect and relax. One small drawback if you don't have a car: taxis aren't very keen to take you to the train station, and I had to go through all the numbers provided by the hotel to find someone willing to take me back.

We had a lovely weekend in a beautiful natural setting. The apartment for two with a sea view was comfortable, the sensory experience was very enjoyable, and the brunch was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly. Please note that if, like us, you wish to use a gift voucher, it must be used in a single transaction. We only realized this at check-out, as there was no possibility of a refund.

The hotel is very well located, surrounded by nature and close to tourist attractions. A truly rejuvenating stay. Peaceful and quiet, just steps from the ocean.

This is my fourth or fifth stay, I've lost count. The magic is still there from the moment I arrive. Seeing the animals takes me right back to my childhood, and everything is wonderful: the welcome, the service, the meals in the restaurant, and the room. The icing on the cake, like this time with the little terrace, is a real treat. It was my first stay, but definitely not my last!

A beautiful place surrounded by nature, offering direct contact with animals. The staff were very friendly; we had a massage, and the masseuse was very kind and smiling. The food was very good. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms. This place is definitely worth a visit.

A very pleasant place. Perfectly peaceful. Spacious and bright rooms. Exceptional brunch. The only downside is that the services are a bit pricey and we were too hot in the room, but otherwise everything is very pleasant. Marjorie provided an efficient and friendly welcome.
