Delicious, friendly service and what a Muscadet wine list!

The food is delicious, made with taste and quality, as is the service.

Our birthday lunch, served at a large table in the lounge, was most enjoyable. The welcome, the explanations to perfectly match the chosen wine, the beautiful presentation of the dishes, the delicious food... Special mention goes to the five desserts and the exceptional cooking of the hake, with its original and excellent accompaniment. Thank you for the bouquet of dozens of candles on a chocolate plaque! There was only one small flaw in this otherwise perfect experience: the filet mignon was considered slightly overcooked by some guests who would have preferred it pink. One guest also mentioned to the server that it needed more sauce. The server replied that they should ask for some. It's a shame this information wasn't mentioned earlier.

We chose Auberge La Gaillotière to celebrate our intimate wedding reception with 15 guests, and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were exceptionally well looked after. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring throughout the meal, all while remaining friendly and welcoming. The meal was delicious, featuring expertly prepared ingredients and dishes that were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate. The wines offered were also excellent and paired perfectly with the dishes. The setting is truly delightful, with an atmosphere that is at once convivial, elegant, and relaxed—exactly what we were looking for to celebrate this special occasion. A huge thank you to the entire team at Auberge La Gaillotière for helping to make our wedding reception so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend it!
