The location is exceptional, the chef pleasant and welcoming, the food excellent. The only negative point during our visit was the friendliness of one of the waitresses.

This is our second visit to the Auberge de la Gallotiere, and both times we've been delighted. The dishes are divine. The chef combines surprising ingredients to create delicious meals. It's refined, indulgent, inventive, and flavorful. The chef is truly gifted, whether it's elevating vegetables or cooking fish and meat to perfection. Combining crispness, flavor, and vibrancy... you get the picture. We're hooked! Bravo again for this delicious cuisine. And to top it all off, at a very affordable price.

A very cozy place. Refined cuisine and top-notch service. Attentive waiters and waitresses, but never obsequious. A touching little touch: a candle on my dessert for my birthday. A small detail that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place.
