A truly wonderful and first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant for me, and I will definitely be back. We were welcomed into a beautiful dining room with stone walls and exposed beams, tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly attentive: elegant, discreet, efficient, and meticulous in their attention to detail. The dishes were amazing and excellent; we were all delighted and surprised by the diversity of textures, accompaniments, and flavor combinations. Each presentation was a true work of art. The cuisine was refined and sophisticated, and the appetizers and emulsions were delicious. Special mention goes to the "Grapefruit" dessert, whose presentation and taste I adored, as well as the Roscoff crab, which was truly sublime. Finally, we enjoyed delightful little bites paired with premium coffees at the end of the meal, a testament to the chef's artistic and meticulous work. Thank you to the team for their warm welcome, to the person who presented the dishes, and of course, congratulations to the kitchen staff and the chef for the quality of the meal and their creativity. We will gladly return before summer to discover new flavors!

What a discovery! The service was impeccable and meticulous, seamlessly blending the cuisine with the dining experience. The dishes and petits fours were an explosion of flavors and colors. And the presentation? Magical and breathtakingly refined. From the moment we arrived until the last bite, not a single flaw. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed all the services offered by this establishment. This included cocktails at the tapas bar, dinner in the Michelin-starred restaurant, an overnight stay, and breakfast. From the moment we stepped into this beautiful house, the welcome, the advice, the kindness of the management and staff, and the professionalism of the restaurant team—everything was perfect. It's worth remembering that there are still people in Brittany who love their work and do it to perfection. We were so pampered that we will definitely be returning. In St. Pol de Léon, this is truly a place you shouldn't miss!

The food (and the sauces) was amazing! The cooking was truly masterful right to the very end! A major drawback was the menu, which consisted solely of fish... Yes, we're by the sea, but I also think there are meat farmers nearby, right? Brittany is a true meat-producing region, let's not forget that. So the wine pairing was only available with white wine... What a disappointment for a Michelin-starred restaurant! A shame! Otherwise, an excellent restaurant and a very enjoyable experience.

First visit on October 30, 2025, to celebrate a birthday... a magnificent experience with lovely staff... the dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious... A dream from beginning to end. We will definitely be back.
